How many years has MCS
Networks been doing business?
MCS Networks was originally
started in 2000, we incorporated
our business in 2004 and hired
our first full time
employee in 2006. In early 2010
we hired a full time IT
Lab/Field Technician. We've
continued to operate our
business in the Holmen Square
Mall since early 2000. During
this time we've seen many many
local computer service
center businesses come and go
from local shops with 2-3 people
trying to make fast money to the
18 year old kid trying to start
a business an ending up quitting
after they figure out that its
not all fun and games. Whether
is the long days or the
long nights, MCS Networks has
since the beginning been willing
to go the extra mile to make
sure the job is done and
that its done right.
What happens if I need help
after hours?
MCS Networks recently installed
a new communication system in
our office that does a very nice
job in routing
after hours requests to our
technicians in the field after
hours and during holidays. Your
request is put into 1
que and broadcast to up to 6
people at one time to many
devices such as handheld smart
phones, computer generated
voice mail to a voice mail to
text email message. Using this
new system we are able to offer
after hours and holiday
support options to our customers
without requiring the customer
to wait until our business opens
for normal businesss
the next day. Many computer
service centers claim to offer
after hours support but if no
one answer the telephone or
gets the message, I guess they
didn't really offer the after
hours service they had promised.
What type of customer does
MCS Networks primarily service?
MCS Networks is focused towards
small business with less than 75
PC's, that being said we are one
of the only
computer service centers that
have the knowledge, experience
and service center locations to
also offer services
for the typical home and home
office user. Whether your
business has 75 PC's or you
simply have a personal laptop
that you play solitaire on, you
will receive the same on-time
and professional service that
you expect to receive.
What is MCS Networks plan for
the future?
As we look ahead into the future
we would like to continue to
grow and expand not only our
customer base but our
business as well. Our initial
plan it to open a 2nd service
center location called a HUB
within 3 years with more
locations to come after that
depending on demand. We will
continue to add knowledgeable
technicians and office staff
to our already robust team to
expand the services and
availability to our current and
hopefully new customers.
