Using a IT automation application by the name of Kaseya, we can establish a secure remote desktop connection to your computer from anywhere in the world as long as you are able to connect to the internet. This support option is great for people on the road or don't have time to visit our store. No software purchase is required to use this service and it is easy to control.
Our Remote Live Support is a fee based service which is billed in 15 minute increments.
