MCS Networks uses two managed off-site data backup solutions called KOB and NovaBackup xSP, designed for small business users. Unlike some other cloud backup solutions out there this one is fully managed by our technicians. Typically programs such as Mozi Online Backup or Carbonite rely on the user to setup the backup sequence correctly and make sure that the backup actually runs, putting the emphasis on the user having the time and the knowledge to continually watch the backup application to make sure its working properly.
Using KOB and NovaBackup xSP you are not under the same restrictions. Our technicians will setup a backup profile, customize the time in which you would like to have the application backup your data and continually monitor the backup status as the backup job is performed.
